Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cross Check Customs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our business, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products (names, numbers, logos, etc.)
• Items marked as “final sale” or discounted as clearance
• Gift cards

Please double-check spelling, sizes, and design details before finalizing your custom order. We are not responsible for customer errors after approval or checkout.

Returns & Exchanges – Non-Custom Items

Non-customized, regularly priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup if they are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With tags and packaging intact
• Returns for store credit only—no cash refunds
