Shipping & Payment Policy

At Cross Check Customs, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and straightforward. Below you'll find information about how we handle local order fulfillment, payments, and related policies.

🚫 No Shipping – Local Pickup Only

We currently do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up in person at our retail location:

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or phone notification. Orders should be picked up within 14 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.

Note: We do not ship locally, nationally, or internationally at this time.

✅ Order Processing Times

• Custom Orders: Typically ready within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and volume.
• In-Stock Items: Ready within 1–3 business days.
  We’ll contact you directly once your order is ready for pickup.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Damages

• Custom Items: All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
• Non-Custom Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup, if unused and in original condition.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of pickup so we can make it right.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (in-store only)
• Cash (in-store only)
• Crosscheck Customs Gift Cards (if applicable)

All payments must be completed in full before custom work begins. Unless otherwise arranged.
